What PT and chiropractic clinics are advertising, metro by metro
In 18 US metros we found 312 clinics running 1,046 live Meta ads on October 1, 2026. 122 of them put a price on the first visit, and the middle price was $49. 39% of clinics lead with a discounted first visit, which is why most markets look the same.
Each metro page shows how many clinics are advertising, what they are offering, the price range of first-visit offers, the angles they lean on, and the ads that have stayed live the longest. A clinic does not keep paying for an ad for a year unless it brings people in, so tenure is the closest public signal to what works. We call those ads longest running, never proven.
What the public pages leave out: the full clinic list and the one lane nobody in your market is using. That is in the report we build for your city.
