What is WINNERSEDGE?

WINNERSEDGE Consulting coaches practicing chiropractors, chiropractic students and their teams. Its coaching options page describes the Doctor Membership as videos, Zoom calls, live events and direct coaching with its coach, Dr. Tory. The page credits him with 30 years in the field, more than 1,000 offices designed, 100,000 coaching calls, 8 books and more than 220 live events taught. Members get a library of 1,000+ videos and events including True Chiro Success Seminars, DC Bootcamps and CA Bootcamps. The company states its own results goal as 50 to 250 more visits per week and $50,000 to $400,000 more collected in 12 months. These figures are WINNERSEDGE's own.

The three memberships

Doctor Membership includes: DC Zoom coaching calls with email and phone access as needed, CA (staff) Zoom calls, the video library with recorded calls, pre-registration for True Chiro Success Seminars, member rates for workshops and bootcamps, the member ToolKit and members-only Facebook groups. One membership covers one practice location.

Doctor Membership terms, from the published agreement: the agreement runs 24 months. If a member ends it during the initial term, an early termination payment applies: $5,000 within the first 6 months, $4,000 from 6 to 12 months, and $3,000 after 12 months. It is waived for active military service, license suspension, disability that prevents practice, selling the practice or leaving the profession. Payments can also be paused for parental leave, military duty or disability, with the term extended to match. After the initial term, membership continues at the alumni rate with no termination fee.

Online Only includes: live DC and CA Zoom calls, the video library, recorded calls and seminar synopsis videos, practice resources and the members-only Facebook groups. Direct email or phone contact with Dr. Tory and event attendance come with the Doctor tier, and online members can upgrade at any time.

Student includes: student and startup Zoom calls, private coaching calls as needed, email or phone access, parts of the video library, True Chiro Success Seminars and member pricing on events.

Who is it a good fit for?

• Doctor Membership: chiropractors who want a long-term, structured program with direct access to the coach and training for their CAs, and who value outside accountability over two years.
• Online Only: DCs who want the library and live calls without a term commitment, or who are outside the US.
• Student: students who want help with location, funding, business, marketing and office layout before opening.
• WINNERSEDGE is built specifically for chiropractic.
